1. You must be 18 years of age or older to place or respond to an ad.
   
   
2. This is a family-oriented site. Inappropriate content or links to such material will not be published.
   
   
3. Gay Family Options reserves the right to reject any ad.  Undesirable ads will not be posted and the ad fee will be refunded.
   
   
4. Ads stipulating that sperm transfer or conception must be done "the natural way" will be published only at my discretion. Whatever you agree upon with a parenting partner is your own business, but you will get more responses if you are open to using alternative insemination as an option for conceiving. Your primary motive for posting or responding to an ad on this site should be to become a parent or help someone else become a parent.
   
   
5. This site was created to help singles and/or couples become parents. This includes helping people find or become co-parents, sperm donors, sperm recipients and surrogates. Those seeking adoptive parents for their child or seeking to adopt a child are also welcome to post an ad. This site is not for finding a girlfriend or boyfriend. There are many other sites on the Internet available for that purpose.
   
   
6. Phone numbers will be published at my discretion.
   
   
7. Gay Family Options reserves the right to edit ads for clarity.
   
   
8. Please note that posting an ad on this site is like posting it on a world-wide bulletin board. Anyone with Internet access will be able to see your ad.  Anyone who Googles your e-mail address will likely find your ad.
   
   
9. There is a $10.75 fee for posting a basic ad.  Photos are $3.75 each to cover the extra formatting and bandwidth expenses.  Additional ad locations are $5 each.
   
   
10. Gay Family Options posts these ads as an informational service only and will not be held responsible for any repercussions or reprisals resulting from posting or responding to an ad.
    
    
11. Tip: When responding to an ad, please put "Your Gay Family Options Ad" in the subject line. Some people have to sort through a lot of spam and this will help make sure your unrecognized e-mail address isn't accidentally deleted.
    
    
12. Another Tip: Photos speak a thousand words. Placing a photo with your ad is strongly suggested. You do not have to buy photo space and bandwidth ($3.75 per picture) to have a photo with your ad. If you have another place where you can upload your picture, I will be happy to post a link to it at no extra cost to you.
    
    
13. And last but not least: complaints about inappropriate correspondence are taken very seriously.  If your motives for posting an ad are less than lofty and people complain about your e-mail correspondence them, I WILL hear their concerns.  The proof of inappropriate correspondence usually comes in the form of forwarded e-mail.  If I agree that that the ad owner's correspondence is not supportive of this web site, I will remove the ad without a refund.   So please, if you're really not interested or motivated to become a parent or help someone else become a parent, don't post an ad here.
